How does combined shipping work?
For Checks and Money Orders, please email for shipping quote before mailing payment.
For PayPal....Unfortunately, ecrater is not equipped to offer discounted shipping BUT, after payment is received, a partial refund can be issued. (the amount of the discount will be subtracted and refunded)
How soon will my item(s) be sent?
I try my best to mail packages within 3-4 days of receiving cleared payment. If there is a delay,the customer will be notified immediately.
How do I place a custom order?
click on the "ask seller" link on any listing and send a detailed description of what you are looking for. If possible, please include picture references and color preferences.
